Our pup has been battling ongoing ear infections, and running her to the vet for over $200 every time, only to have the problem come back, was not what we had in mind. After checking out some reviews, we thought we’d give Zymox a shot. So far, it’s looking promising. I applied the Otic drops in her right ear, and it cleared up the problem. Now, I’m using the cleanser twice a week. Here’s hoping this does the trick!

This shampoo seems to be a solid choice due to its antimicrobial benefits. I picked it out thinking the enzyme-cleansing features would be kinder on my pup’s skin compared to regular soap. And you know what? It really is, and she’s super soft now! But here’s the kicker: we’re all about that synthetic-fragrance-free life at home (except for the Zymox, of course), and this stuff has a strong smell as it dries. Sure, it kinda smells like baby powder, but I don’t want my dog’s scent taking over the house, you know? Hahaha! I made sure to rinse her off really well, and thankfully, the smell only lingers for a day or two. Phew! I’d be thrilled if they came out with a fragrance-free option!

I really suggest getting your stuff from this company straight up. I hit up three pet shops, and they were all out of the ear drops I was looking for. Zymox's website had better prices than the local stores and got my drops to me in under a week. They sent tracking info right after my order was confirmed. Super fast and hassle-free!

My order showed up fast, (Hawaii). My cat's vet always praises him for his oral hygiene. A big part of his dental health comes from Zymox products. I definitely suggest it and have shared bottles with pals for their dogs and cats.

The scent in this shampoo is a total deal breaker; it's so overwhelmingly strong that we had to take it back to the store. I just couldn't use it on my dog. After checking out reviews from various customers online, it seems I'm not alone in my complaints about the scent. I've also come across several websites that list products, and many of them mention the strong fragrance as a downside for Zymox Shampoos. It would be awesome if Zymox could offer fragrance-free options. Our vet has recommended this shampoo for our dog who has Malassezia, but we just can't use it because of the overpowering scent. Please consider giving customers a choice.

I made our regular monthly purchase of cage diapers for my ferrets, which we've been getting from PKB for nearly eight years. This time, while the order went through, I was bombarded with live chat offers every time the page refreshed. It's kinda funny because I used to place orders over the phone, and when they started selling cage diapers online, I was told I had to switch to online ordering. The implication was that they didn’t have time to talk to customers anymore, but honestly, live chat takes about the same amount of time. Can you just offer the chat once and not keep asking with every refresh?

This product really delivers! I own a shar Pei, and it’s been a lifesaver. I've been using it on them for years. Recently, I adopted a standard poodle who arrived with a stubborn bacterial ear infection that was resistant to drugs. Two rounds of antibiotics helped a little, but the issue persisted. So, I thought I’d give Zymox a shot, just like I did for my shar Pei. After just one week of using the Zymox red, he’s already showing improvement. I plan to use it as a preventive measure from now on. I can’t recommend this product enough!
